Seeds and Seedlings
Shomoro Farm Supplies Ltd are the official distributors of Bejo Seeds.
We supply Red Onions, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Cabbage, Beetroot seeds plus many other products to farmers all over Kenya.
We further supply livestock forage seeds to small holder farmers and ranches, along with Sorghum Seeds for large scale and small scale farmers for growing to supply the breweries.
We propagate seedlings for farmers of all types of vegetables and forage grasses. In addition, we supply fruit trees, lemons, pixie oranges, apples, pomegranate, avocados.
Soil Testing
Shomoro Farm is proud to be partnered with Crop Nutrition Laboratory Services (Cropnuts) to offer soil testing and analysis in Narok County!
Cropnuts is East Africa’s leading agricultural testing laboratory & agronomy advisory services company, and can help you build a robust soil health plan to increase your carbon levels and maximise yields and fertiliser efficiency.
Farmer Training
Shomoro Farm Supplies Ltd provides farmer trainings on all farming practices from soil management, irrigation, fertigation, chemical applications, planting, crop health, harvesting, post-harvest handling, to forage grasses and silage making.
We organise official field days as well as welcome walk in customers and farmers.
We do encourage third party experts to join us in these trainings to disseminate their knowledge and expertise.

Shomoro Farm Forage Project
Shomoro Farm Forage Project in conjunction with ICSIAPL(Integrated and Climate Smart Innovations for Agro-Pastoroalist Economies and Landscapes in Kenya’s Arid and Semi-Arid Lands) SNV.
To enhance profits amongst 100 forage-focused SMEs/local enterprises through investment in Narok County.
Activities:
- Training on forage crops production, irrigation, seeds, seedlings, and varietal selection, harvesting, storage, and utilization.
- Training and support to seed/seedlings merchant in production, processing, and trade in certified forage seeds.
- Learning exchange visits to the model nurseries/seeds growers, fodder farms, grazing fields, seed factories, seed stockists/distributors, etc.
